What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, mats and a sense of adventure. You can purchase the weights and mat at The Fitness Store, where Brian has arranged for you to receive a 10% discount or search other local sporting good stores.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You'll receive a FREE 60 minute nutrition seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Brian normally charges between $75 and $100 per hour for personal training and consulting. As Brian has very few openings for new clients, this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a nationally respected personal trainer and for just a fraction of the cost.

You can also choose to come three days per week for a discount of $80. The total cost is just $219. Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day per week program. We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.
Is Columbus Adventure Boot Camp too intense for me?
This camp will not be an in your face competitive camp full of shouting and humiliation. This experience is intended to deliver a warm, friendly and supportive environment in which you can learn how to safely push yourself to the best of your own ability to achieve your fitness goals. Brian takes great care in educating his clients in choosing the right exercises to deliver maximum results. So, there is no need to be intimidated. You have everything to gain by joining the program. This camp provides community, expert fitness guidance and accountability, while adding lots of fun to the hard work needed to be your physical best.
